Raul did a great job winterizing my sprinkler system. I am a first time homeowner and Raul was happy to walk me through the entire process, answering all my questions and explaining how my sprinkler system worked. He was very nice and professional. I plan to reach back out to Rainforce Irrigation for all my future irrigation and lighting needs.

Our usual irrigation guy is laid up due to injury and unable to service his accounts this year. I needed shutdown service quickly and came to Yelp and Google. I wanted a local company, (not the large, rude company that did my install) and asked for a quote. Raul from Rainforce got back to me first, and immediately. He was friendly, knowledgeable and offered to come the next day or next week. Next day please! He communicated with me as to the timeframe, and confirmed that by text. Raul and his assistant arrived promptly as promised and got right to work. In person, he was just as pleasant to work with. He said he wants to try to help out our usual guy, without attempting to steal business, because injuries could happen to anyone. Raul pointed out one broken head, without pressure to replace it when I told him my husband will take care of it himself. Rainforce also installs systems and he is putting one in tomorrow. His price was reasonable and in line with what we have been paying. He accepts personal check for payment. I would not hesitate to recommend Raul and Rainforce.

After the company I had used for years was sold to a very nasty company ~ I found Rainforce. They were extremely kind and polite and were able to accommidate us late in the season. They responded immediately for a service call and have been nothing but dependable. The only downside ~ I have to have a separate plumber come out to do my RPZ check. Raul is wonderful and, in a way, I am glad the other company was so horrible and rude because I found Rainforce. If you are looking to have your irrigation system properly cared for ~ I highly recommend Rainforce.

I was referred to Rainforce Irrigation by my landscaper. The owner, Raul, came on short notice to check my sprinkler system (I just bought the house) and showed me how to use it. He also installed a new sprinkler head and came back a few weeks later to winterize. In all three instances, he was dependable, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to use him for each fall winterizing and spring startup!

They were friendly and thoroughly explained what would services would be included and how the lawn irrigation system would be installed. They got us an estimate promptly. Although they were out of our budget for now, we DO plan to contact them again in the spring and hope to get them to install a new irrigation system.

Raul does an outstanding job - he and his team installed our new sprinkler system in the late fall and he returned as he said he would a couple weeks later to winterize the system and shut it down for the season. Raul answered my questions patiently and he does great work, is dependable and reliable, and is very knowledgable. Highly recommend Rainforce Irrigation!

I needed someone to winterize the sprinkler system of the house we recently purchased and Raul was a great choice for the job. He came out the very next day after I sent my request for a quote. His price was extremely reasonable and he was very friendly. He explained he had left a large company to start his own business a few months ago and expressed extreme gratitude for the chance to win over a new customer. He also walked me through some sprinkler system basics that I was unaware of having only ever owned a home in the city with no lawn. Raul was responsive, showed up early and performed my sprinkler winterization quickly and professionally. Great job done at one of the lower prices I was able to find in the area. Would recommend Rainforce Irrigation without hesitation!
